new: better url/anchor variation

I cannot find this novelty, not exactly which is added new or that change is. I now use projects with

http://www.url.com {anchor 1|anchor 2|...}

has this changed in something?

I understand that being new, it is a new feature, I do not see it. I have put the issue of the post as well to make it much moreeasy to find by other users of the Forum when they do searches of functions

The program tries to not always use a generic anchor when the article manager option "add additinal urls" is used.
