Skull and crossbones icon ?

Not suer what ive done wrong, however got a campaign with like a skull and crossbones at the side of it and cannot get it to post anything, what have I done wrong ?

Those icons are just there to separate the projects, but don't actually mean anything. If you aren't getting any submitted links, we would need to know more about how you setup your projects.
