can i use proxies on a per project basis?

I only seem to find proxy options in the general main options settings. Isn't there  way for me to use proxies for one project but not on another? Can this be set somewhere in the specific individual project settings somewhere? Like if I want to use private proxies for a new big scrape/post project...but not for a project that is using an autoapprove non moderated list only?
