General Question Regarding Tier 2 and Tier 3 links with GSA

I am relatively new to all of this (GSA and the tiered link building approach specifically, but not SEO in general), and had a basic question regarding the link tiers. When linking from one tier to another, do you need to link to the exact pages that have links to the other tiers? Or do you simply just need to link to the domains in the other tiers in some fashion or another?

In other words, does my tier 3 backlink need to point to the exact page that contains my tier 2 backlink? and so forth?

    if I understand you corectly, yes, it need to point to exact page-url
    But that is done automaticly in SER.
    ex. tier 2 have verified like www.doman.com/yourpost.html,
    than tier 3 project will take those url wich are in tier 2 verifed.
