Are 500 words articles to short for my article manager?

I bought a bunch of unique articles for my money site and tier 1, and 2... They have 500 words each article, are those unique articles to short to use for my tiers, or is it just fine?

If you weren't using SER and were link building manually, would you think those articles were too short?

I like longer articles for the money site, as in 700-1000+ words. I think 500 are fine on T1, T2, etc. However, I do try to get 700+ on a T1, especially if it is a PBN...and then a bunch of posts as well.
