Guys long time fan and user of GSA but scraping proxies and managing other sides of business all bit too time consuming if there is anyone who offers a servcie of high quality PR3+ type stuff - I would be happt to pay per blast - pretty sure this is in line woth TOS, between managing PBN, building second tier - running businees I just think it makes sense to work with someone who is making the best use of the software I know I am not.
