Preconfigure default enable > log to file

I am looking for a way to have the enable log to file with the logs file path already configured everytime I start SER. I looked in config.ini but I didn't see anything there.

Is this possible, if not can it be integrated into the command line arguments or something we can add in the config.ini file, or maybe something more elegant :) ?

    I also wanted to do the same thing but couldn't figure out.

    Also, is there a way to auto enable daily log (without having to manually stop and then start enable log and specify the file name).  Maybe name the file based on date?

    Creating log files should only be done to debug things. Having that enabled all the time is a big speed decrease. I don't want to add this as option in config.ini sorry.

    @sven that makes sense, looks like I'll have to figure something else how to monitor remotely when a project is done posting.
