OCR (Spamvilla/Reverseproxies/Captchatronix) + Anti-Gate??

Is it possible to make CB send the first attempt to OCR and fail-over to anti-gate or similar service?

I've never tried an OCR service before and I'm just wondering what people's experiences are going from paying per captcha to OCR..

I'd appreciate any insight/advice you guys have
