How to transfer footprint studio data to another computer

I currently have 2 versions of GSA running on 2 different VPS, I input a bunch of custom footprints onto 1 of them and I'd like to transfer them to my 2nd VPS.  How do I do this without having to input them all 1 by 1?

    click on options->backup settings on lower left label. There you can also backup/restore footprints.
