Unwanted Captcha Found not being sent to Captcha Breaker

When I run SER it finds captchas and gives the message 'unwanted captcha found' but they never get sent to Captcha Breaker which is running and passes the connection tests.  Am I missing something?

    yes, you unchecked the option per project to use the captcha service.
