Baclinking internal pages instead of main page

Hi. I have a question: When i look the verified links the GSA created, sometimes i see that some links are directed to my main site, but others are directed to other pages, for example:

Main site: www.mysite.com
The other pages: www.mysite.com/tag/keyword.js or www.mysite.com/robots.txt

And, when i click them, the page doesn open.

Is that normal? Or do i need to change some settings in GSA?

    What engine are you talking about? A Web 2.0 site or a Social Bookmark? Or google?

    So do you think that it is normal a backlink like i described?
