Errors in Log file and what to do about them

Hi, I get different erros sometimes like:

Verification failed/timeout
Verification failed
download failed
already parsed

what do they mean and what can I do about that?

    Verification failed/timeout = submitted link could not be verified and is no longer checked as well
    Verification failed  = submitted link is not verified (not present on page)
    download failed = no reply from the webserver. probably because your proxies are dead
    already parsed = already submitted or checked this site in the past

    well, check yours first, higher timeout maybe. I don't know our connection speed as well.
