Noob question on private proxies ?

I am using ser for a while and still using public proxies from gsa proxy scrapper . Now I wish to move to private proxies . But still have some questions : How many proxies should I have per project if I give it 10k backlinks per project Can my proxies replaced when they are blocked or dead Will it increase by lpm Can I also go with semi-private proxies
