SER Duplicator?

I need to duplicate a lot of campaigns on a regular basis. I need to change the URL and email address. I have a tool but it's no longer functioning. Is there someone who has already created something like this?

    project files can created by tool which supports replace & write to file functions. think windows automation tools..

    Thanks @Yurium I know it can be done, as I stated I already have a tool that works, but something is no longer working on it. I was asking if someone has already created a tool. Windows automation is not what I'm looking for, I want an actual tool.
