Captcha Sniper Error: undefined error message (probably down)

Now its been more than a week i am getting this error msg in my GSA -
Captcha Sniper Error: undefined error message (probably down)
Can you tell me whats wrong and how to solve this. when Captcha sniper is continuously running.

go to captcha sni...bahh I can not even write that out anymore.
Anyway, go to options and open the test url in browser. If it loads fine then there is a problem with SER, else it's a CS error and you should either restart it or go to there forum.
