Sorting in list question

Hi, if I'm sorting in a list with recently scraped links and my pc crashes, will I lose all progress or does GSA auto save the link and their platforms so that I don't have to redo every single link again, I can just start off from where I left? I'm crashing/freezing quite often and I'm at around 80-100% CPU usage

    Thanks, if I crash is there any way of starting where I left off? Because if ser crashes then I don't know the exact point in the list from where I should start a fresh, so I have to waste time identifying links that I've already identified.
