Proxies: USA or Europe?

On buyproxies it says "USA will perform better on google" but my vps is in France. Should i choose USA or Europe?

    Europe - proxies should be located as close to vps as possible.
    Private proxies are good for posting but you wont be able to scrape any resonable amount of targets using private proxies. Google ban proxies very fast.
