scrapbox and GSA SER

I need suggestion for running scrapbox and GSA SER, is it ok  to run at same vop or separate vps.

I was use greencloudvps budget plan (US$8/month) to run scrapbox, but they no long allow SEO on their budget plan and suspended my account.

I am thinking to upgrade my solidSEOVPS to next level to run both applications, but afraid the resource will not good enough for support both of application

or if anyone know cheap vps provider please let me know
