GSA Crashing on startup - Can't run!

Something happened yesterday and I can no longer run GSA. It simply crashes on startup with a "An error occurred in the application" error and this is before it gets to the licence verification. I have tried deinstalling and reinstalling the latest version but to no avail.
Anyone have any ideas how to fix? I have also sent a message to support.
