9.3.8 crashes straight away, every time
When I try to open SER after updating to the latest version, it crashes.
The 'previous version' in the start menu is the same version as this because I tried to reinstall it to fix it, so both are the same version and I can do nothing.
I tried with both with "run as administrator" and without, should it be that, but both do the same.
There are two different results when opening the application:
1) SER has stopped working windows error
