Same URL multiple times in the Show Left Targets URLs

Hello, i have an issue with my GSA SER settings.

I import the list in identified (the list is deduped, unique domains) and then set each project to get the list from identified.

Then after 10-15 minutes when i click show left targets urls for a project, i see that an url is appearing multiple times on the list and GSA SER posts to it multiple times, making a lot of duplicated urls in the verified list.

For example, a part of my show left targets urls for a project:

Then it continues with a new url beign multiple times and so on.

What option checked/unchecked can cause this?

propably with that URL it is holding different accounts to submit to.
