hetzner.de dedi,install own windows os?

Two questions. I have been looking at the hetzner.de server bidding https://robot.your-server.de/order/market

Are these dedi's good for gsa?

And I install my own windows 2008 ?
(or have my guy do it).

    You wont be able to install windows 2008 on it. Maybe its possible somehow without kvm but if you are not linux pro you wont be able to do this. To install windows you would need KVM - in hetzner it cost 19 euro monthly + 149 euro one time fee...

    + some folks had problems in hetzner DC because hetzner is very very whitehat.

    online.net/en/dedicated-server/dedibox-lt2k14v2 - this server have free kvm so you can install windows yourself but you have to pay setup fee.
    datashack on some servers have very nice kvm (dual xeon 5639 and 5650).

    Only easy way to do this is by installing esxi via rescue mode and then installing Windows Server 2008 r2 as a VM. Some of their servers have really good software that you could turn into 2 powerful VPS's.

    Also above poster is correct if you get a complaint if your proxy fails be prepared to have your server pulled offline.
