I recently bought GSA+GSA CB.

Next step is to buy dedi+proxies.

Is this a good dedi to use with GSA ser +CB?

How many links can I expect to build a day, with and without a list?
Since I am a student I have free acces to windows server 2008 & 2012, can I install this myself on the dedi? Without any extra cost?

And how many private proxies is good to start with?
And how many is reccomended to take full advantage of a dedi like this one.

    ´And how many private proxies is good to start with?´ I would say 10 is enough, but people recommend 20. (It's about your budget)

    As you m can see you can't install windows on this server so it's not good server for Ser. In theory you could use virtualization but this CPU is weak. To get good dedicated server you have to pay at least 30 bucks (that's cheapest I know).

    How come I can't install windows server on this one ?  I have a legit copy, 
    anyone care to explain this ?
