Auto-Cleaned up Selected List

A project uses the Verified list. If a post fails to submit to something that made it to the verified list X number of times, it is removed.
At the moment, I've seen some workaround to saving your Verified list as Identified and then posting to it in order to create the most recent Verified list.
It would be interesting if there was an option to use such a list but if a site is in that list and has been marked "failed" for whatever times the user sets it to... it gets removed because it no longer works.
