    the ratio of your submitted links to verified is pretty decent.

    There are too many variables here for that question to mean anything.

    What are you trying to do?

    What's your connection speed, are you on a dedicated server or home connection, are your proxies dedicated or shared, are the public? what emails are you using, do you use verified lists or do you scrape while posting.

    Are you beating recaptcha? thats a pretty big one.

    I do not want to sound too much of a dick but if I set up a kitchen sink blast I would be shocked to have less that 5000 in an hour.
