Can't backup projects error message...

Any time I attempt to backup my projects I encounter the following error.  I've updated to the latest version, restarted the server, etc... so far nothing has worked.  Can anyone help with this one?

The only change on my machine lately was installing copy.com's app.  Other than that just business as usual.

    Could have two reasons:

    1. Projects are too big to place them in one single backup file -> try selecting just a few and try to backup

    2. HD space is too low to save the resulting file.

    Same for me since the version 9.30

    and the backup file are 0 now

    The best way to deal with large projects is to back it up in appdata

    This is the path on Win 8.1

    C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\GSA Search Engine Ranker
    Just right click and Zip the folder called PROJECTS

    ******************

    Now also go to GSA SER - OPTIONS and back up the settings.

    ***************

    Thats all you need to restore your GSA SER. or maybe move to another VPS or machine --- The process will be like so to restore.

    1.  Install GSA Ser on New machine
    2. Unzip the Projects file you zipped before in : C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\GSA Search Engine Ranke
    3. In GSA Restore the settings you backed up

    All done

    I was able to create 3 separate backups in order to save my projects.  In the past I backed up the same # of projects without issue.  

    I might try RoyalMice's method in the future as well.
