SERengines didn't send me a refund

Hello guys,

i tested serengines for 1 month only but i didn't want to renew the subscription, i also sent them several emails , they didn't reply.
i also created recently 2 accounst with them now they take the monthly fees twice! So i opened a paypal dispute but still nothign happened.
why you guys just dont delete my subscription and refund me ?

they told me by email that they canceled the subscription but they took payment

 just go straight to paypal and cancel pre approved payments , your account might also be charged next month if you don't cancel but hope @jamese will solve this

@shizzledizzleeee Thanks for the info for @Desert90, I have taken care of the months that @Desert90 didn't used and gone in and cancelled the subscriptions also.
