VPS overload from processes not related to GSA SER usage

I am with Trustvm vps service, their cheapest plan, and very often when i look in the task manager i see multiple instances of these three processes running and they load the CPU to 100%:

logonUI.exe
winlogon.exe
csrss.exe

Even if i close gsa ser and any other program that interacts with internet these three processes remain active and still overload the CPU.

Does anyone else have this problem too? And what can i do to stop this CPU overload? I usually restart the server when this happen, but it is happening often so restarting is not a convenient solution.

they don't consume 100% cpu power , are these running from system folder ?

  • From the information i found these three processes start overloading the CPU when there is brute force attacks on the server. Enabling Network Level Authentication seems to fix the problem, so far i don't see cpu overload anymore.
