Unable to save URL to site list file (no rights to write?)

Just purchased a 2nd license, which is running on my 2nd laptap. I backed up and restored all projects. I've been seeing A LOT of this within my log file: Unable to save URL to site list file (no rights to write?). What is that all about? It's actually happening on both cpus I have SER running on, but more so on my 2nd laptop (which were both restored from backups).

Is there something I need to make "writable" within the GSA SER directory?

    NOTE: when backing up and restoring main options, the siteslist (failed, verified, submissions, etc) needs to be updated as well to the new location or create a folder for one.

    Stated for you above......

    When importing site lists to new location, make sure that the appropriate folder is there under Tools > Advanced.

    The site lists won't be imported if the location of your folders (submitted, verified, etc) are not correct. I did not have the correct location of my local GSA folder setup on my new location.
