proxy ip is not working?

I am using proxy ip of proxy-n-vpn.com. but when i ad proxy in GSA SER. there is shown message IP is not working. when i raised ticket then get reply from proxy-n-vpn.com as below

"The proxies are working. My advice is to use IP Authentication with GSA. You must add your IP in our dashboard panel."

So how can I IP Authentication with GSA?

You have to add the IP of your VPS to this proxy websites dashboard.

Log into the proxy site, there should be something in the dashboard talking about IP authentication. Put your VPS IP in there.
