Removing "orphaned" links.

Hello All.

I was just cleaning up some tiered projects and was wondering if some links are getting orphaned.

Let me explain.

If I clear some links that will not get indexed or have been removed from tier one, some of the verified links that were pointing to them still exist in tier two. 

Now my third tier is still building links to tier two. This links may still exist but I'm worried that I'm wasting time and resources building links to tier two when some of these (T2)links have now lost their tier one pages.

I was wondering is there something I can do to ensure that all links being built have a pathway all the way to my money site?

I realize this is a tricky question, but if anyone can shed some light on keeping the integrity of my link structure, I will be happy indeed :)

    Just use the Re-Verify option. it will no longer build links to links removed on higher tiers. It will also try to reuse the links previously used for a removed upper tier link and place a new link.
