Email test Error

I got this message when trying to veryfied my emails in GSA without proxy (and with proxy on), using outlook mails:
-ERR Login to your account via a web browser to verify your account.
Can someone help me?

Hi, your outlooks not phone verified and get blocked, so can't access via pop3, if you want use them again, you need make them phone verified.
