Reverify links everyday- is it needed?

Hi is it necessary to reverify links everyday?

I've read different things on different tutorials

I'm assuming it takes up quite a lot of ram

So is it worth it?

    It depends on your strategy. If you're building tiered links, it is critical because the downstream links need to be built to live verified links otherwise they're wasted.

    If you're just blasting on a single tier, you may not need to verify at all.
