Using %random_anchor_text% in combination with URL.com#{keyword1|keyword2}

Hi,

I am using %random_anchor_text% in the article title. But when I use it in combination with a project that has links with keywords like this: 
URL.com#{keyword1|keyword2}

It will output the %random_anchor_text% placeholder like this:
keyword; #url.com#

Is this only in preview mode, or will it also post the placeholder like this?
