My Proxy is working But still ip blocked error shown?

No targets to post to (maybe blocked by search engines, no site list enabled, no verified URLs to extract targets, no scheduled posting) [first appeared at 2014-11-22 21:39]

and also showing in message below type error..

21:57:33: [ ] 000/000 [Page END] results on google for Trackback-Format2 with query "%EC%97%AE%EC%9D%B8%EA%B8%80+%EC%A3%BC%EC%86%8C" web design servies

Pls give best solution for it. how can resolve it.....

    It's called "Maybe" ...not "it is!". Double click on that 000/000 entry to see if there are any results at all for that search term.

    yes there are results for the search terms i know and i have checked multiple times

    turn on debug mode and see the result by double clicking ont hat eror in debug window...maybe its something else.
