Death by captcha errors

Hello
today i used 5k captchas for 1 verified link ?
I looked through my log and found all the captcha attempts were logged as errors. I wen to death by captcha website and found a 99 percent success rate lol
Anyone have any ideas whats going on and causing such a high rate of errors costing me tons
