Problem on Multi Tier

edited January 2013 in Need Help
Hi everybody!

I'm working with GSA Search E.R. by 3 days
Excellent program!

I have a problem:
Under "use Verif. URLS " I've checked not 1 url but 10 different urls and now my sub project has disappeared

Can you tell me why?

Another consideration:
also if a lot of people write in this forum and what I learn every day is thanks to them I wonder why the manual attached is so small and simply...

I think GSA can make a better detailed manual of every function of the software, in this way people like me can understand every single use of the lot of addons in the program...

FAQ For Example:
1. how to set up a Tier 1-2-3 with SER?

2. if I want to set up every url of my domain for submission do I have to make multiple Projects? Or is it possible to set up urls/ancors for each page in the same project?

etc...

Thank a lot for your patience

Bye.

  • Sorry:
    another thing..

    if I have some verified link submitted with another program, can I add them to the project a Tier 1 ?

    I can find "import verified links in the Project

    only in the options...

    thanks!

    >now my sub project has disappeared

    It's on the root level as it has now more than one project it can not be assigned as a subtree.

    Indeed it has to be updated ... I will do that when there is nothing important on my to-do list to code.

    >Import verified links

    Right click on project->show urls->verified->right click->import...

    I tried but it's not working

    or maybe I do something wrong
    I need to import link like this;

    if I do "copy from clippboard" nothing happened

  • Hi Sven,
    I tried again
    now I'd be able to import only the first address on 50 links...

    can you explain me why please?
  • Sorry Sven
    I found the error
    all the link address had a space before in the text file

    Sorry!
