Would these settings make any sense to you?

Hey everyone.. I am modifying a 7-Tier campaign a bit and wonder.. would this setting under Project Options "Skip sites from the following languages" make any sense to only choose English language and skip everything else? I have tried to do this test just now but submissions have now gone way down so not sure if this would even make sense? Maybe only on Tier-1 if any at all? Do you guys even use this setting at all or just ignore it? Also, is there no options for "Check/Uncheck All"? Shift key doesn't work for me and I will go nuts pretty soon if this has to be done manually over several tiers!!?? Any input would be really appreciated. Thanks!
