Well.. Basically you have bought a crapy ugly sitelists.. Or gsa lists.. you should check on where you will buy those lists.

Probably setting it to pr 3 will be good but when using verified lists they are already filtered for better usage

Don't use SEO Indexer sites if you don't want SEO Indexer links. Regarding buying lists and the other threads you created I'd suggest you read up on GSA SER:
