How to insert links

Hi,

I am new here. I am confused on how to add links. for example do I need to add a link to "about yourself" or the system add it automaticly. another example is article field, do I add links or not. if they are for article directories, them I must not add links, if they are for a web2 then I need to add links.

Is there a document that shows how to add links in each field.

    Thats written in the FAQ. But well add <a href="%url%>%anchor_text%</a> somewhere or if you don't it will get added by the program for you on submission.
