Redirect from Exisitng Domain to New domain

Hi

I have an existing website with 200+ pages some of which (10 pages) rank well for their KW using link building and we have disavowed some bad links

we wish to rebrand and move to a new web domain

If we redirect, does google also redirect the bad disavowed links or just the good links?

Any advice on how best to do this would be most welcome
