Merge Feature Not Working

When I click on the merge projects I don't get any popups. It does nothing at all.

ALSO - what does data does it merge?

1) Submitted URL's

2) Verified URL's

3) Identified URL's?

4) Account Data?

5) Project Data Fields? (i.e. does it overwrite any project data fields?)

Did you select more than one project?

It mergs everything.

aha! You need to select the two projects to merge. I only had one selected. 

You said it merges everything...

If the two projects have different:

1) Keywords

2) Email Addresses

3) Categories

4) Different Author bio's.

Which one will it keep? 

The reason I ask is that I have a master project that I use. I then have a few sub projects that have different data, but want want to merge these when done into the master. So just want to check what project data gets overwritten on a merge. 

You choose a master project and the data (options and filled edit fields) from that project is used only.

So it keeps the project data from the first project you select and uses that in the merge? So it's very n.b. to first select the master and then select the project you want to merge INTO the master?

Just try it. It queries you to choose the master project.
