For me the most usefull tool is textmechanic ... I mean I use it the most. So to keep the format:

     Removing duplicate lines, adding prefixes and sufix in front of lists of links. For example you can add site: in from of a huge list . . Notepad ++ likely has the same possibilities but textmechanic is much easier to use.

Great tools that can be useful even today. I would add SEOtesting, which helps in forecasting the SEO results.
