Skip sites with the following words in URL/Domain

How does it work?

Does this mean when I run the gsa, the website/blog that I put in there can't receive anything like blog comments from GSA?

or

I can only add/put words not a website or blog site?

If one of the words in the list appears inside the url/domain of the "to-post" URL, it is skipped.
