Recent update disabled "automatically search for new proxies every xx minutes"

The "automatically search for new proxies every xx minutes" is somehow unticked, including most of the options on that page.  I didn't change anything so i'm guessing a recent update zapped them.  I fixed mine, so this is just FYI.
