Dummy URL - FCS

Is there like a dummy URL that can be used for projects using the FCS Networker API?

It is taking the URLs properly but it still requires that I enter a URL in the default project settings of GSA.

    You should use the same URL as in that FCS project. Because SER can do so much more with it as reverifiation, correct anchor text extraction and so on.
