Question about articles

I've to manual write several articles for my new project, unfortunately write an article about the topic of my project it's imposibile.
I'm using GSA over 1 year but I've always writing articles about "topic" of sites that I've been promoting, but this time it's imposibile.
I think it's just all about anchor text and uniqueness of articles, but I could be wrong.
So, can I write artcles about other "topic" and use it in my new project?
For example: The site is about dogs / Artcles is about phones.
