What is the Best reCaptcha OCR?

Can you guys tell me what is the Best reCaptcha OCR Service.. I used a few but Every one having 5-9 Sec Solving Time.. 

If this Depend on the Server Spec then I am using a More Better Server.. 
64GB RAM, SSD Driver and Intel Xenon E3 1230 v3 3.30Ghz and 1GBPS Port...

without OCR I am getting 100+ VPM using 250 Threads.. But when I am using this server with 50 Threads and OCR I am letting around 11-15VPM...

I need your suggestion...
