Article Builder Support? Help?

I bought the year plan of Article Builder 24 hours ago for $200.00 It wouldn't let me create an account saying "The user was already associated with the account" or something of that nature. I tried many more with no luck.

I submitted a support ticket and still havent heard back.  Check my spam as well

Anyone have any advice? 
Does Article builder not offer support on weekend?
Just a little upset that i spent 200 bucks and have nothing to show for it and this is my only weekend for a while to build articles....

    All I can say to this is that my account works. So it's not some bug within SER at least.

    I might be somthing to do with being in "Private mod"e on my web browser when signing up. Well see

    @Sven are you happy with the content it creates? I planned on using with with my word ai account on T1 .  Maybe T2-t6 pointed to a PBN
