Pause project after x OR Stop project after x?

Hi guys.

I am new to GSA and have not been seeming to make my GSA stop after x amounts of verifications and thereafter start again when the next day starts.

I wonder if I should use the option Stop after X verifications, or Pause after x verifications

what do each of them do, and which one should I make use of if I wanna make them start the next day?
